Software Developer

Software developer with web application development experience in Java, Microsoft .Net or Force.com frameworks. Responsibilities include analyzing customer’s requirements, designing and coding application or integration in Java, C# or using salesforce’s Apex programming language.

Educational Requirement:

Must have a B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study.

Experience Requirement:

3+ years experience with software design and development with .NET (C#), Java or Apex (Force.com)
Proficient in software architecture and object oriented design
Proven background in enterprise application design and implementation
Experience working with a Product Development team in an agile software development environment is desired, but not required
Ability to work as a team member or as an individual
Have a Can do attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced start up environment
A high degree of initiative
Ability to work in multiple projects at the same time

Desired Skills:

Excellent People Skills -Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction. Must have strong demonstrable project coordination skills
Time Management Skills – Ability to effectively plan deliverables, determines risk assessment, and estimate resource needs
Formal Design Skills – Understand and work with software development team to determine product design
Project Scoping Skills – Project designs must be detailed enough to derive time and resource estimates that allow on schedule product delivery while meeting the established requirements.

At Play

Always looking to have an exciting moment I am either playing cricket, soccer, tennis or swimming, or volunteering to help out in the community by providing computer assistance to the elderly or teaching kids computer programming. If nothing else is happening I like to travel around the world.
