Project Manager

Project Manager is responsible for managing software development team efforts for a variety of clients. He or She will keep abreast of project timeline and status and drive project roadmap. He or she will collaborate with senior level business and technical leaders to ensure project success and will plan and execute plans to manage various aspects of project realization including scope, quality, schedule, cost and risk.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects; 20%
  • Write business requirements and use cases; 10%
  • Work with engineers to translate business requirements into desired scope of the project; 10%
  • Develop and manage project plans and delivery dates; 20%
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; 15%
  • Manages schedules and prepares status reports; 10%
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objective; 10%
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving; 5%

Education Requirement: Master’s degree in business administration or related (prefer a focus in project management).
