Challenge:

  • Ribbit needed to extend functionality to attach voice transcriptions to any Salesforce.com custom and standard objects within end customer orgs
  • Ribbit customers needed the functionality to send SMS reminders for Tasks & Events
  • Ribbit wanted an intuitive and easy-to-use UI which was more compatible with Salesforce.com

Solution:

  • Worked hand-in-hand with Ribbit’s Product Management and Engineering team on a day-to-day basis to create seamlessly integrated Salesforce and Ribbit solution
  • Complete redesign of the Message Inbox and underlying architecture; admin configuration using meta-data API and YUI widgets
  • Architected and implemented SMS Reminders for Task & Events using a pull mechanism

Results:

  • Designed and developed the next-generation system in record-time
  • Enabled Ribbit to deploy the new system for large, strategic customers by creating advanced functionality for mass provisioning of users
